We don’t know you. We don’t know the developer. What if it’s a scam, what if we get burned.
A husband and wife write in, and they’re both thinking the same thing.
My answer never changes. And that fear is normal. Trust the documents I show you. Trust the developer’s track record. Trust the law firm that reviews your contract.
Lean on the numbers, the paperwork, the documents. On the actual returns – the real ones. That matters more than anyone’s promises.
I show documents, not promises. Here they are – the very ones I go through before a purchase. Numbers and names are covered, the rest is as it is.

I asked my clients to say a couple of words – unfiltered, downsides and all. Watch and listen.

"He broke every stage of the deal down in plain, human language"
I’ll be straight. I’m an agent. I take a commission from the developer – that’s my bread and butter, and I don’t hide it.
I give these three videos away because the person who reads the contract and knows how to open a management company report – that’s my client. The one who doesn’t will buy an overpriced unit from somebody else. And a year later they’ll be counting their losses.
I also built a paid course – it teaches you to check the property, the contract and the developer before the deal. But here, on this site, I sell nothing: no price, no payment button. Want to know about the course – say so on the review call.
That’s it.
Watch the videos either way – they commit you to nothing. Come to the review call only if none of this is you:
Budget under $100k. It’s not snobbery. With that budget, there’s simply no property here I’m willing to stand behind. The conversation will go nowhere.
You already know it all. If you’re going to question every word I say and make me prove it – do it yourself. You’ll manage.
Yes. Three videos, no price, no payment button. I do have a paid course – I mention it in the first video. But I’m not selling it here.
It makes no difference to me whether the property is mine or yours. I can get you the best price on any property on the market. And most importantly – I will tell you honestly whether it fits your needs or not.
33, 26 and 28 minutes. No need to watch in one sitting: each video is split into chapters, and if you close midway I will offer to pick up where you left off.
No. The videos are hosted on my own server. No VPN needed.
20–30 minutes on Zoom. I ask questions, you answer. Then I tell you straight what’s going on with your property or your situation. It may turn out you shouldn’t buy this property at all, because it doesn’t fit you. I don’t charge for it. And as a bonus I’ll tell you what extra discount – on top of the price you already have – you can get on this project through me.
Nowhere. Until you write to me first, I know nothing about you: the counter counts visits, not people. There are three ways to write – Telegram, WhatsApp, or the form at the bottom of the review-call page. Whichever you pick, only I see your answers: I don't pass them on, don't sell them and don't feed them to ads.
They’re real, and I asked for them myself. The screenshot of me asking sits right next to the review. People told it straight – I didn’t cut the downsides.

Is an hour and a half of video really that expensive?
I insist on this: watch these first – then decide about buying.
And if the property is already picked and only needs a verdict – I'll review it
